What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 2:00 PM, check-out until 12:00 noon. The front desk is open 24 hours a day, so if you arrive earlier or leave later, we'll welcome you at any time, and you can leave your luggage in our free storage.

Do you charge a deposit?

Yes, at check-in we collect a refundable deposit of 1000 THB. It is returned in full at check-out, after the room has been checked.

How far is the beach and the main attractions?

Jungceylon mall and Banzaan Market are about a 5-minute walk away, Bangla Road with its nightlife is about 10 minutes, and Patong Beach is about a 15-minute walk.

Is there Wi-Fi, and does your staff speak Polish?

Yes — free Wi-Fi covers the entire property, and our staff speaks Polish. The hotel restaurant also offers a menu in Polish.

Can you arrange an airport transfer and tours?

Yes. Our 24-hour front desk can help arrange a transfer or taxi, and our tour desk will organize diving, snorkeling, and trips to nearby islands.

Is the room suitable for a romantic stay for two?

Yes — the Standard room with a king-size bed is an intimate choice for a couple, with the beach and restaurants within walking distance.

Can I choose a double bed or two single beds?

Yes — the Superior room is available with either one double bed or two single beds; please indicate your preference when booking.

How does the Deluxe room differ from the Standard?

The Deluxe room offers more space and the most comfortable layout for two; some rooms also have a balcony and a kitchenette with a fridge and kettle.

Is the room suitable for a family with a child?

Yes — the double bed and separate single bed let three people sleep comfortably without needing a second room; the elevator makes life easier with luggage.

How many people fit in the Comfort room?

The Comfort room accommodates up to four people across three beds; the balcony with garden views gives extra space for a family or group.
